Return Policy
Returns are only accepted with prior approval. Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving your package. Orders returned after 10 days are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the retail price or Wholesale depending on your status with us. Unless the order was returned because of an error on our part i.e. wrong item. Refunds will not be issued for items that were damaged in your care or through shipping due to bad postal packaging on your part. Unless we can repair the iten then there will be a damage fee of 10% or greater depending on the repair cost. Shipping items back for refunds are the responsibility of the buyer unless we send the wrong item or the item was damaged in shipment when we sent it. Returns of damaged items or wrong item sent are only refunded up to 10 days after receiving. Returns purchased with a store credit will be issued another store credit.
